The incident occurred sometime between Midday and 12.30pm on Sunday 6th December in Pennsylvania Road, Exeter.

The victim, a young woman aged 21 years, was walking alone along Pennsylvania Road, towards Union Road, when a man walked up behind her kicked at her right ankle causing her to fall forward onto the ground on her hands and knees.
