Bob Dylan’s brand-new art collection, Mondo Scripto, has launched this week, exclusively sold by leading retail art group, Castle Fine Art.

In this second release from the series, Dylan continues the selection of his most renowned lyrics, each originally handwritten by him in pen on paper and accompanied by an original pencil drawing.

The six limited-edition graphics, each hand-signed by Dylan, showcase music released by the artist between 1963 and 1966. Carefully curated and encompassing themes of humanity - from absent love to politics and loss - Mondo Scripto explores the work of a cultural icon who has inspired audiences for the last six decades.

Offering a reimagined architecture of Dylan’s lyrics, Mondo Scripto translates the lyrics into visual representations of themselves. A multisensory narrative that reaches his audience aurally and visually, the pieces portray Dylan the storyteller at his best.

Ian Weatherby-Blythe, Group Managing Director at Castle Fine Art, said:

We are so pleased to be showcasing yet another amazing collection by Bob Dylan. The first instalment of this collection has been so popular, and we are so excited to share yet another amazing series of its style.

“These pieces are perfect for any collector and can be bought singularly or as the whole collection. It’s great to see both Dylan’s lyrics and art re-imagined as one; it truly is beautiful to see how he draws from his musical talent and brings his lyrics to life in a whole new way for all to see.”

The collection features lyrics from fan favourites, such as ‘Subterranean Homesick Blues’ and ‘Girl From The North Country’. The limited-edition prints start from £2250 and can be purchased individually or as a boxed collection.
