Devon woman charged with murder
A 33 year old woman, Teresa Rylands, has been charged with the murder of a Neil Mitchell, a 48 year old man.
This is in connection with an incident at an address in Newton Abbot on the 13th August 2013.
She has been remanded in police custody and will appear at Torbay Magistrates Court in the morning, on the 29th August 2013.
