Exeter based Situ secures gold Investors in People accolade

Situ have recently been awarded gold status by Investors In People (IIP) for their approach to how they invest in their people - achieving 87% overall which is significantly higher than the average IIP Gold accreditation score.  The accreditation was based on their entire ongoing people approach, conversations with the Situ leadership team regarding their ambition and feedback gathered from Situ team members through an online survey and one to one interviews.  

IIP stated in their summary report that the survey and discussions clearly highlighted that Situ have clear values which inform their culture and the way they operate with staff, clients and stakeholders. * They were also impressed to see the extent to which the wider Situ team had been involved in refreshing the company values and as a result there is a real sense that the values are lived within the business.  “It’s evident that managers really focus on encouraging their people to do the best they can, and people feel motivated by managers to meet and exceed objectives.” **   Everyone IIP spoke to said they really enjoy working for Situ and felt trusted to try new approaches to work. ***
