Exeter Cash Converters store opens new city centre location

The Exeter-based Cash Converters store has announced a move from its former location on Sidwell Street to a new premise at Guildhall Shopping Centre.

Staff at the store are celebrating the new move and plan to officially open the doors of their brand-new store on Saturday 20th August where they’ll be ideally placed for increased footfall in the area.

The stores first opening day will see exclusive offers including brand new 40” Smart TVs for £199.99 and pre-owned Xbox consoles from £79.99

This relocation support’s the brand’s wider commitment to investing in Britain’s high streets, allowing the Exeter store to ensure their services can reach a higher volume of local people.

The store has 900sq ft of retail space, with 3 counters designed for customers to sell their unwanted items, as well as a dedicated retail area to display the array of items available to purchase.

Matt Davey, Area Manager at the Exeter store, said: “We’re delighted to have secured such a prominent city centre spot for our new store, which we’re confident will allow us to reach a wider customer base and is just round the corner from our former location.

“We’re also pleased that the move will allow us to grow our team, with new jobs available for local people.

“While we loved our former store in Sidwell Street, we recognised the opportunity that comes with placing ourselves in such a prominent location as Guildhall, so we’re really looking forward to attracting some new faces in store – as well as welcoming back our regulars.”

Nikki Fairclough, Customer Experience & Marketing Manager, Guildhall Shopping, said: We are so thrilled to welcome Cash Converters to our brand line up. They bring with them a great service in buying and selling quality second hand goods and a long established reputation in Exeter.”

The new store is based at Unit 2 Guildhall Shopping Centre, Exeter, EX4 3HP
