HCT Turf’s #ILoveMyGarden campaign aims to raise spirits and funds for local charity
HCT Turf are delighted to announce their partnering up with local charity, Living Options Devon to run this year’s #ILoveMyGarden photography competition. To enter, entrants simply have to share a photo of their garden and explain what they love about it. For every garden entered into the competition, HCT Turf will donate £1 to Living Options Devon.
The aim of the competition is to raise Devonians’ spirits and the £1000 needed to refurb one of the Living Options Devon’s off road mobility scooters. These scooters offer disabled people and those that have difficulty walking, the ability to access the South West's most scenic locations as part of the charity's Countryside Mobility scheme.
Steff Dennis from HCT Turf said, “We hope you’ll all join us in sharing your beautiful garden photos to reach our target donation to this wonderful local charity.”
Neil Warren from Living Options Devon said, “Being able to access the great outdoors has never been more important. We're so grateful for this fundraising opportunity which we hope will enable one of our longest serving Trampers to get some much needed TLC. This will guarantee many more special memories for families and friends enjoying beautiful places together.”
The Golden Spade Trophy
Anyone that gets involved and shares a photo of their garden, will be entered into the competition to win the coveted Golden Spade Trophy. The winner will also receive a Devon Hamper, made up of delicious goodies donated by the likes of Good Game, Waterhouse Fayre and Four Elms Fruit Farm…to name just a few!
How to Get Involved
It's really easy (and completely free) to enter the competition, simply:
1. Take a photo of your garden
2. Post the picture on Facebook or Instagram, using the hashtag #ILoveMyGarden and tell us what you love about your garden. You can also enter by post or via our website www.wesellturf.com
3. Nominate your friends to do the same.
4. For every photo shared during June, HCT Turf will donate £1 to Living Options Devon, with our target being to raise the £1000 needed to refurb one of their off road mobility scooters.
5. If your photo is our favourite, you will win our coveted Golden Spade Trophy and a delicious Devon Hamper!
