Your Budget

The budget of the car itself is of course important, whether you’re paying for a car outright or whether you’re paying for it on finance. However, there are other costs that contribute towards a car such as insurance, tax, MOT, repairs and whether the car uses petrol or diesel, so these are things to think about before buying.

The Number of Passengers

One thing to consider when purchasing a car is how many people you are going to be driving around. There wouldn’t be much point in getting a four-seater car if you have a partner and three kids as it would always mean someone would have to stay home.

While all the features above are important, there isn’t anything more important than feeling comfortable and happy with the car that you’re purchasing. Take the car that you think you’re happy with on a spin and play around with all of the features that it offers. If the car doesn’t feel right, or you’re not completely comfortable with the car then maybe you should consider something else.
