Having a weekend away with the girl’s is a lot of fun, but having a hen-do away in London is even better. You get to go all out and completely enjoy everything that London has to offer, from great food to great partying, to great Sunday activities for your hungover selves to enjoy. When you are looking to plan the perfect hen-do for yourself, or for your friend, look no further:

Friday

Friday is your half day, and so it’s wise not to go all out partying. If you do, then you’ll be worn out during one of the best days to go exploring in London. Instead, book a venue and have a nice dinner and drinks somewhere classy. If you book in advance, you can go up to one of London’s infamous rooftops, like in the Shard or at the Sky Gardens. There is a venue for everyone, but remember not to over do it! Focus on the food and settling in. End the night in a pub, rather than a club, and you’ll be ready to explore London to its fullest on Saturday.

Saturday

Saturday is the day of fun, so use all the extra energy you have from the night before and start your day early! It’s wise to have a big breakfast at any number of London’s breakfast hotspots. You won’t have to venture far from your hotel, either. To find the perfect venue in advance, search either through Google, or Instagram, and find the perfect locale. If you are willing to travel a bit, there are many wonderful cafes in Shoreditch and Fitzrovia, but there are great locations all around London, so it’s up to you!

Once you’ve had your big breakfast, it’s time to do some shopping. You are in the capital, after all! For markets, you have Camden market, Borough Market, Covent Garden, Brick Lane, Old Spitalfields, Portobello, Greenwich, Leadenhall Market, and so much more. Or you can go to the tourist destinations of the city – the grand department stores such as Harrods, Fortnum and Mason, Liberty, and Selfridges. You can shop along Oxford Street, or find the boutiques of the city, either way, it’s a perfect way to spend the afternoon!

For your evening, you’ll want to prep, because tonight you’ll be going out! There are so many great clubs in London, one of them being Scandal Club. Party it up in this luxurious club and live the high life – just make sure someone’s phone has enough battery left to call a cab at the end of the night!

Sunday

Now that you’ve shopped and partied hard, it’s time to relax again. Start the day late and enjoy an afternoon tea at any number of London’s greatest establishments. From there, walk the city. There are beautiful neighbourhoods, markets, and parks to enjoy, so it depends on what the bride-to-be is up for.
