Icy conditions slowing down the roads this morning

Exeter's roads are busy this morning with the frosty start, with some icy roads. Most roads have heavy traffic, but are moving. However, expect delays on A377 Alphington Road inbound in Exeter at the Cowick Lane junction, because one lane is closed due to a burst water main and surface water. There is a diversion currently in operation.
