Police hunt for Bovey man's attackers

Police in Teignbridge are appealing for information in relation to an incident that occurred at an address in Fore Street, Bovey Tracey on Sunday 28th August 2016, between 10.30pm and 11.00pm.

During the incident the victim, a 31 year-old man, was  subjected to a violent assault inside the premises and sustained substantial head injuries which required hospital treatment.

The two male suspects who were dressed in black are believed to have made off along Fore Street, in possession of numerous items of stolen property including mobile phones and a tv. It is possible they left the area in a vehicle.

Detectives are keen to speak to anyone who may have been in the area at the time, or who may have any information regarding the identity of the suspects. Please call 101 quoting crime reference CR/060512/16.
