Santas on the run for Dream-A-Way charity
Nearly 400 people of all ages, dressed as Santa, enjoyed a brisk jog or walk around the Exeter Quay in beautiful winter sunshine on Sunday 2nd December.
The fourth Iron Bridge Runner (IBR) Santa Run took place in ideal conditions and everyone enjoyed themselves as they all raised some well received seasonal funding for Dream-A-Way.
"This was our first run on the Quay and all the competitors and spectators approved of the new venu
"...and we’ll be back with a 5km Run on Sunday 5th May 2013 and our 5th Santa Run (and 5km run) on Sunday 1st December 2013.

Chairman Jeff MERRETT MBE said:
"What a fantastic morning with wall to wall winter sunshine, just a week earlier the course was almost all under water and our runners would have need to swim! The change of route to Exeter Quay was welcomed by all and we will be back soon."
