South West set for a windy evening

Saturday may be nearly over, but it looks like the wind is here to stay. The Met Office have issued a Yellow weather warning of wind, with high gales set to hit the South West until midnight tonight.

Gusts of 50 to 60 mph are predicted for the region this evening.

The public should be aware that this could lead to difficult driving conditions and perhaps some disruption to outdoor activities.
