Stagecoach South West celebrates 95% customer satisfaction

Recent research by independent consumer watchdog, Transport Focus has revealed that local bus company, Stagecoach South West has an amazing 95% customer satisfaction rating.

The independent research shows that 88% of bus passengers in England are satisfied with their journey. However, customer satisfaction in Stagecoach South West is even higher with 95% reporting they were satisfied with the service. 

These great results follow significant investment by Stagecoach South West to help transform bus travel to make the service more customer friendly, by delivering more convenient purchasing options and better customer information. This has included introducing contactless payments and smart integrated ticketing schemes.

“In the last 12 months we have provided our customers with more ticket options, introduced new services, extended existing routes and added new vehicles to the fleet, this has resulted in a 10% increase in customer satisfaction across the UK since 2017.
