Dean Clarke House Show Apartment Launch

More than 130 guests gathered in the Club Room of Dean Clarke House, on Southernhay East, to celebrate the launch of the Show Apartment – the first to be completed as part of the £8 million refurbishment of one of Exeter’s most iconic buildings by Burrington Estates and Staunch.

As well as enjoying Champagne and canapés to the sounds of harpist Siona Stockel, guests were taken on escorted tours of the apartment, which was styled by Cornish Interiors and Individual Interior Solutions to showcase the Georgian building’s impressive architecture and generous proportions.
