What a grape night

The Exeter PA Network enjoyed a cheeky Monday night wine tasting in Circa 1924’s ‘Bootleg Bar’, hosted by James Leach from Charles Steevenson Wines. Members of the networking group were taken through a selection from the restaurants’ wine list, carefully chosen to complement the steak and seafood menu. Taste buds were tested with sweet, acidic and tannin flavours, teamed up with some tasty canapés.

Kim Glover, Assistant to Managing Partner at Michelmores and head of the Exeter PA Network, says: “It was great to hear more about the different types of grapes and to gain an understanding of what to look for and which suit my taste. I always enjoy catching up with our regulars, as well as meeting new members and Circa’s cool, cosy Bootleg Bar was the perfect spot for our autumn meetup.
