Ladies Summer Hockey League

Over the last two months, the Ladies Summer Hockey League has been played by 10 teams in two pools. The winners and runners commenced to the Semi-Finals last week. Exe beat White Eagles and Exeter cum Vale Hornets won against Isca, taking the game to penalty flicks.

The final last night Tuesday 15th July was a hard fought game with Exe scoring in the first half through a penalty flick from Bridget Culver. After half time the teams were still close but Exe edged away with goals from Laura Allen and Payno. Exe held on to win 3-0 and collected the shield from Club Chairman Jane Bailey.
