Make the most of today's weather because, for a change, it's going to be better than the rest of the week!

According to the Met Office, this morning's mist and cloud should clear through the morning. It will then be a largely dry and fine day with very warm, sunny spells and light winds and a maximum temperature of 26 °C.

Any isolated showers will clear quickly, to leave a mainly dry night with clear spells, which may allow some mist and fog patches to form. The minimum temperature will be 11 °C.

On Tuesday mist and fog patches will again clear leaving a mostly dry and bright morning. It will become cloudier across western parts through the afternoon, with a little showery rain possible in the west. and a maximum temperature of 24 °C.

The outlook for Wednesday to Friday is cloudy with patchy rain at first on Wednesday, becoming drier and brighter later. Dry at first Thursday, but cloud and patchy rain spreading southeastwards later, clearing Friday and it will be on the warm side.
