Digital marketing specialist aims to support and protect online presence of Exeter businesses
An Exeter digital marketing specialist is aiming to help the city’s businesses make more from their internet presence having set up his own company.
Mark Worden, previously responsible for online marketing at city law firm Stephens Scown LLP and regional insurance company Cornish Mutual, has created MiHi Digital.
The company will offer assistance on all aspects of online marketing including website design, social media, search engine optimisation and online training courses.
Mark said: “More and more businesses in Exeter have embraced marketing their products and services online. There are still great opportunities to be taken, particularly as superfast broadband is rolled out to more businesses and their customers. We want to help and support firms in making the most of the time and budget they spend online by adopting a strategic and integrated approach.”
MiHi Digital will also provide a focus on brand protection in light of the number of businesspeople extending their social media presence.
Mark explained: “Exeter has some great brands and we want to ensure they are protected. Due to the vast nature of social media and the internet as a whole it can be difficult for business owners to continually monitor comments being made about their brand. Our monitoring service will take this pressure away from businesses, allowing them to proactively respond to comments being made.”
