Space completes property acquisition

Staff members at private investment management company, Church House Investments, are happily working away in their new 2238sq ft offices in Sherborne thanks to a property relocation successfully managed by Exeter-based commercial property agents, Space.

Church House Investments instructed Space to help them find and acquire new commercial premises in Sherborne and to manage their move from Yeovil. The relocation was driven by a need for larger, more modern space and the desire to be more accessible for their clients.

The move went off without a hitch and the office was fully up and running at 9am on Monday 25 November having closed at 3pm the previous Friday.

We had to go ‘off market’ to find a suitable property so this was not a straightforward acquisition but we were determined to find and negotiate the right space for our client.”

Church House Investments is now based at York House, 6 Coldharbour, Sherborne.
