Jamie Vittles and Exeter City FC's Community Charitable Trust would like to thank all of the club’s Supporter Groups for voting in the Lloyds Bank Group Community Funding Competition, which took place during the summer.

We are delighted to report that Lloyds have announced Exeter City FITC as the winners of the voting for the Devon area, and have been awarded £5000 towards the refurbishment of the Fountain Centre next to St James’ Park.

Exeter City were selected from a group of four organisations from across the county and Jamie, who is Head of Community at the club, expressed his gratitude to those that nominated FITC for all their hard work.

He said: “I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for taking the time to vote for such a worthwhile project.  It really shows that Exeter City FC is a Community Club.

“The money that has been donated is vitally important in kick-starting the refurbishment work in the Fountain Centre, which in time will be an extension to our education provision and a facility for the community of St James to use.”
