Much more than just an exercise technique, Yoga is a state of mind that takes a holistic approach to life; cleansing the mind and strengthening the body.

Our Yoga workshops focus on the simple things in life, and provides time to relax in a safe and calm environment, whilst building up core strength and improving body posture, flexibility and confidence.

In this three hour workshop, with professional Yoga instructor Julie Youngt, we will help you to explore some helpful key elements for building your own Yoga regime at home or at work.

This session will provide you with the tools to keep your Yoga practice going as we head into the Easter break, exploring simple moves and breathing exercises that you can do anytime, anywhere.

Anyone over 16 years of age can come along to our workshops and take time-out from the bustle of modern life to learn something new, with long-term health benefits.

There are a limited number of spaces available on this workshop, so we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment. For further information or to book contact us on 01392 724940.
