Jenner moves to Everys Solicitors

Insolvency solicitor Sean Jenner has joined Everys Solicitors.

He will work alongside fellow insolvency expert Emma Davy from all of the firm’s Devon and Somerset locations.

Mr Jenner, who has moved from Kitsons in Exeter, specialises in corporate and personal insolvency, debt recovery and commercial dispute resolution. Australian-born, he has six years of insolvency experience, both in Australia and England. He relocated to the South West from Sydney in 2012.

He said: “I advise insolvency practitioners, company directors, and creditors in respect of insolvency matters, including winding up, voluntary administrations, bankruptcies and creditor voluntary arrangements. I also act for creditors on debt recovery matters generally as well as helping clients resolve commercial disputes.

“I am looking forward to furthering my experience with Everys and using my expertise to assist individuals and businesses through these often difficult processes.”
