Summerfield starts construction of new homes near Crediton

Summerfield Homes have commenced work on an exclusive development of properties, in a beautiful Mid Devon village, which sees the first major development in the area for 20 years.

Enjoying wonderful views of the surrounding hills, Summerfield’s ‘Creedy View’ is a select development of three and four-bedroom homes, nestled in the outskirts of the picturesque village of Sandford, near Crediton, Devon.
