Devon Waste Management Group expands board

The Devon Waste Management Group of Companies has announced the expansion of its management board and executive team with the appointment of two new directors.

Emily Delve has been appointed Group Finance Director and Richard Marsh Group Sales and Marketing Director. Emily combines considerable corporate development experience with a strong financial background and will contribute significantly to the Board and to the ongoing growth and development of the Group. She is supported by an experienced finance team who provide the Group’s strong financial management and controls.

Emily has spent much of her career in the advisory field specialising in mergers and acquisitions at Ernst and Young. She gained commercial finance experience whilst at ABN Amro Bank in Sydney and at Rok Plc. Emily joined the business in 2010 and was appointed Group Financial Controller in 2011.

Richard has been working with the Group in a consultative role for the past 18 months and has extensive experience in developing brands, communication and business development programmes. Richard’s marketing career started in Exeter at RH Advertising where after leading a management buyout he ran the business for 15 years. Richard has also gained experience in London where he was Business and Marketing Director for The Practice PLC and the start- up technology business InMedical plc. Richard is a Non- Executive Director of Radio Exe and a Director of the Exeter Food Festival.
