Come along to Sling Meet to find out just how easy babywearing is and how it can help soothe your baby or help you get your hands back.

We meet on the second Friday of the month at The Children's Garden in St Thomas and it is a wonderful to meet other parents and try out a whole range of slings and carriers.

There is lots of space to play inside and out.
