Local PR consultancy, Glen King PR/Marketing Limited, established in 2005, is celebrating 10 years in business with the launch of a new website designed by City-firm Reactor 15.  A small, professional and friendly PR consultancy based in Exeter with clients in the South West, the company works with a diverse portfolio of clients both large and small, across a number of diverse market sectors throughout the region.

A former media spokesperson for Camelot, founder Director Glen King was actively involved in the exciting and historical launch of the National Lottery in 1994.  Over a 20 year period, she has developed a close working relationship with the South West Media across a full PR mix.  This includes radio, television, newspapers, magazines, on-line and social media platforms.

Glen King – Director said:  We are a small but perfectly formed company with drive, passion and commitment to get results for our clients.  I am delighted to be celebrating 10 years in business and very excited about the new website, which is much more visual and industry-sector based.  We are also currently looking at new offices in the City-Centre and expanding the team.”

Glen King PR/Marketing works with a number of long-term retainer clients across a diverse portfolio and only represents one client per market sector.  With a specialist knowledge of construction Glen has also developed a high profile in the industry across the region as a whole.  The firm’s largest client is award-winning builder C G Fry & Son Ltd., based in Dorset best known for the prestigious Poundbury development in Dorchester with The Duchy of Cornwall.  In addition, the firm works with adhoc clients, carrying out a number of PR campaigns for milestone opportunities; such as celebrating an anniversary, expansion, a move to a new office, or for firms who have won awards.

A new retainer client for 2015 is WESC Foundation, a school and college for children, young people and adults with sight loss and the Specialist Centre for Visual Impairment based in Topsham Road, Exeter.

Mark Braithwaite - Director of Partnerships and Business Development – WESC Foundation said: “We wish Glen King PR/Marketing a happy 10th Anniversary.  The PR consultancy provides a highly professional PR service to WESC Foundation (formerly West of England School and College), and we have been delighted to work with both Glen and her Marketing Assistant, Fleur Cook, since the beginning of 2015. They really go the extra mile to ensure effective coverage of the diverse range of activities going on at WESC, to ensure that we maintain a high level of media coverage with a full PR mix, including via social media.”
