Organisers of the Exeter Art Show, which takes place on 4 and 5 July, are pleased to announce that Hawksmoor Investment Management has agreed sponsorship of the West Country’s largest exhibition.

Hosted at the Maynard School in the centre of Exeter, the Show now boasts in excess of 100 artists and two sponsors, with more being welcomed.

Robin O’Grady, Director of Business Development for Hawksmoor, says the company is “absolutely delighted" to be supporting the 2015 Exeter Art Show.

Robin said: "At Hawksmoor we recognise a good investment and when asked if we’d like to sponsor the Exeter Art Show we felt it was the perfect opportunity to support a local event of exceptional quality and popularity. We very much look forward to working with the organisers to make sure the Show is a huge success for our local community here in and around Exeter.”

Foot Anstey LLP, one of the UK’s premier law firms, has also agreed to sponsor the event. “This is fantastic news and we are thrilled to welcome our partners on board,” said organiser, Helen Reynolds.

“We’ve now secured over 100 exhibitors for the event which makes the Show the largest of its kind this side of Bristol! Almost every form of art is represented so we will be
displaying a huge variety of works and I couldn’t be more excited.

“We’re offering an array of sponsorship packages, starting at £250 so if there are any local or national businesses who want to be associated with this brilliant event then please do contact us through the show’s website  www.exeterartshow.co.uk

"I’m sure we can design a package to suit most budgets!”

Recent artists to have been confirmed include Jeff Soan, described by HRH Prince of Wales as, “A craftsman at the top of his game.” Soan is best known for his articulating wooden creatures with a technique that produces amazing, and verylifelike, movement.

Ken Howard OBE RA, the multi-award winning and internationally celebrated painter is also confirmed. Born in London and having exhibited around the world, Howard will take his place amongst some of the best in the South West and beyond!

In keeping with tradition, the Exeter Art Show supports a worthy, local charity and this year all funds raised will be split between the Children’s Hospice South West and the Maynard School Bursary Fund, which will provide a bursary for a student to attend the sixth form.
