Grant available for animal welfare groups
Following the relaunch of RGB Building Supplies’ Well Built Community Fund in April, the builders merchant is now calling for groups and charities that support animal welfare issues in the Exeter area to get in contact and tell them what help they need.
Whether a group needs materials to build or repair new animal enclosures, update facilities or create a new space, RGB would like to find out how £1,000 worth of materials could help.
Keith Harris, Product and Marketing Manager at RGB Building Supplies, said: “Our Well Built Community Fund is all about showing our support for groups in areas that have supported us during our 150 year history and we continue to be inundated with nominations from groups that do amazing things in the local area.
"We are targeting different organisations every other month to ensure that everyone has the chance to apply and I look forward to receiving nominations from groups that work with animals.”
Organisations and charities can nominate themselves by contacting RGB Building Supplies and explaining what project they need building materials for and how the support will be of benefit to them. One group will be chosen from all the nominations to receive £1,000 worth of materials.
Nominations can be made by emailing RGB@pmwcom.co.uk or by sending a letter to RGB Community Fund, c/o PMW Communications, PO Box 167, Bideford, Devon, EX39 9DU.
The closing date for nominations is Monday 13th July.
RGB’s Well Built Community Fund will also be helping charities that support the homeless and those with a disability, health and fitness organisations and projects that are making changes to outdoor spaces.
