Having supported the likes of Rufus Wainwright, Sam Smith and London Grammar, Rhodes’ beautiful voice and reputation for captivating live shows firmly cement him as one to watch.

Rhodes got his start in music the same way countless other artists have by playing in a friend’s band just having fun and not thinking it would go anywhere in particular.  Fast forward to the start of 2013 when a friend suggested he start writing his own music and that’s where it all began to change – Rhodes picked up his guitar and unearthed his own startlingly beautiful voice.

He played his first ever gig in May of that year at Notting Hill Arts Club and uploaded his songs to BBC Introducing which was quickly followed by support from Radio Beds, Herts & Bucks and a breakthrough at Radio 1. The blogosphere was quick to catch on with a live version of Always being shared far and wide.

With his career in the ascendency, the 24-year-old released his debut EP, Raise Your Love. Whereas before he was a name and a voice below the radar, he was now gaining national recognition with XFM playlisting Raise Your Love, and an appearance alongside Daughter at Festival No.6 cementing him as truly one to watch.
