'My journey through mental illness' a mental health awareness talk from Jonny Benjamin from channel 4's critically acclaimed documentary 'The Stranger on the Bridge'

Earlier this year, Channel 4 broadcast a documentary called 'The Stranger on the Bridge' about the true and inspirational story of Jonny Benjamin's global search to find the stranger who talked him out of jumping off Waterloo Bridge in 2008.
Ashfords LLP have organised for Jonny Benjamin to give a talk on 'My journey through mental illness' at the Alumni Auditorium at Exeter University on Monday 23 November at 6:30pm.

The firm has teamed up with 'mindyourhead', a society at Exeter University promoting mental health awareness on campus and Exeter City Football Club's charity Football in the Community (FitC) to help host and promote the event. All proceeds from the event will be shared between Mind and FitC who have recently been doing work centred around mental health.
