It’s been 950 years since the Battle of Hastings and the Normans invaded England! Here at Exeter Cathedral we have an incredibly precious artefact that comes from this time: The Exon Domesday Manuscript. Meet the Library & Archives team to find out more and take part in our wide range of Norman themed activities. With shield painting, helmet making, manuscript writing, castle building, and displays from the Library & Archives, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
