Crisp Professional Development support two local charities

Training, coaching and leadership development business Crisp Professional Development has nominated two local charities to support throughout 2013. For each person booked onto their open course programme during 2013, Crisp will make a donation to Exeter-based charities Devon Air Ambulance Trust and Exeter Leukaemia Fund.

Heléna Holt, Chief Executive of Devon Air Ambulance Trust (‘DAAT’), the charity that is tasked to raise in the region of £4.5 million each year, to fund two emergency Air Ambulances in the county of Devon said “We are delighted to be working in partnership with Crisp Professional Development. We have experienced firsthand what a fantastic service they offer, as we worked in partnership with them last year for staff training, development and team building. We very much look forward to working in partnership with them and ELF in 2013.”

Further information is available on the DAAT website at www.daat.org  Facebook: devonairambulancetrust or Twitter: @DevonAirAmb. You can also find out more about the Charity, including a great ‘where am I? function via the Charity’s iPhone app ‘Devon Air Ambulance Trust’ which is available in the apple Apps Store.

Dale Edwards, CEO of Exeter Leukaemia Fund, said “The support we receive from local firms is extremely important to ELF and we are delighted to be working with Crisp Professional Development. Their donation will help us to continue to support people living with leukaemia, lymphoma and other blood related disorders in Devon. We have found the courses provided by Crisp to be excellent value for money and vital to the continuing development of the charity’s small but dedicated workforce.”

Shaun Durham, MD of Crisp Professional Development commented: ‘We are very pleased to be able to support the work done by these fantastic local charities. And since our courses are extremely popular, we hope to be making regular, and large, donations to Devon Air Ambulance Trust and Exeter Leukaemia Fund  throughout the year.’
