Dana welcomes news of award final success

Dana Mulligan PR & Marketing has been chosen as a finalist in two categories of this year's prestigious Devon and Cornwall Venus Awards.

Called 'The Working Women's Oscars' by Channel 4, the awards were set up in 2009 to recognise the hard work, effort and skill it takes women to successfully juggle business with other commitments.

Dana, who set up her company in 2016, said: “I'm really excited to be included in the Venus Awards alongside so many talented and successful women across the south west. Setting up and growing a new business in a crowded world was always going to be hard work but I've had a wonderful time developing relationships with some really great clients – being a finalist is a tremendous reward for all those efforts!”

Dana Mulligan PR & Marketing has made it through to the finals in both the Small Business and the Marketing & PR categories, the winners will be announced on 27th April at a Winners Ceremony and Gala at the Crowne Plaza, Plymouth.

“Being a finalist in two categories is absolutely amazing but, of course, success is never just about yourself,” Dana said. “I'm proud to have been nominated in the Venus Awards, but even more proud of the partnerships I've built up with my clients since setting up my business. My success is their success as well – between us we're creating a network of thriving local businesses in the south west and I'm absolutely delighted to be working alongside them.”
