Four Seasons Home Improvements launched in 2016 with just two employees, the company now employ over forty staff and are currently recruiting.

This financial year Four Seasons have a forecasted revenue of over £9million, adding jobs to the local economy from their headquarters in Sowton.

Tracie Bell head of communications said: “It’s been amazing for us to grow so fast. Our staff are all local and we couldn’t have done it without the excellent talent here in Exeter”.

“Our success has been down our high quality of workmanship, word of mouth is clearly as powerful as ever”.

Four Seasons recently became an accredited “Ultra Installer” by consumer advise group Which?  One of only two firms in the region to be awarded the accreditation.

“We were so pleased when we realised we were accredited, we hope this shows how passionate we are about what we do” said Tracie.

The companies success shows no sign of slowing down, “we’ve got big plans for the future, we just added two new installation teams and we’re currently looking to recruit more design technicians.”

“Exeter is a great base for us, with links to the M5 and the amount of new developments in the area, we’re glad we stuck to our roots when looking for a location for our showroom”.
