Skittles fundraiser for FORCE Charity
The Family Law Company raised over £1300 at their annual skittles event for FORCE Cancer Charity – and the total is still rising.
The event was held in memory of Helen Finch who worked at the firm for over 21 years and was lost to cancer earlier this year.
There was a great atmosphere at the event, organised by TFLC Director Jane Chanot. Businesses taking part on the evening were Thomas Westcott, ITEC and Foresight Financial Planning, joining lawyers and support staff from TFLC for the skittles challenge.
A raffle was also held to raise money; a variety of amazing prizes were up for grabs, including tickets for Paignton Zoo, Woodlands and Exeter City Football Club, a donation from Powderham Castle, a signed Exeter Chiefs shirt along with contributions from staff.
TFLC would like to say a big thank you to everyone who donated prizes which added to the evening’s success.
Director, Jane Chanot, said: “This was yet another amazing year with so much support from local business, both in terms of attendance and super raffle prizes.
“We are very grateful to them and also to Helen’s family and friends who came along and participated. Also, a big thank you to all staff who participated with such enthusiasm.”
Skittles champions on the night in the Helen Finch Memorial Challenge was a team from TFLC: David Cobern, Gemma Sparks, Donna Hart, Karen and Simon Burwood and Dominika Windak.
