Devon site manager awarded Seal of Excellence
A Devon-based Redrow site manager has received the Seal of Excellence Award at the NHBC’s annual Pride in the Job Awards 2019.
Rob Walker currently oversees Redrow’s The Copse development, located in Dawlish – a collection of high quality three and four-bedroom homes built for family living.
The NHBC Pride in the Job Awards saw 16,000 site managers competing for the Quality award and this year’s 450 Quality Award winners were hand-picked for their excellent standards on site. After 12 months of rigorous judging, the award winners celebrated with industry peers and guests at a prestigious afternoon held at The Passenger Shed in Bristol.
After being entertained by comedian Justin Moorhouse, Nick Cunningham Regional Director announced the Seal of Excellence and Regional Award winners. The panel of independent judges were impressed by the leadership skills shown by the winners, evidenced by the morale and teamwork shown on the sites throughout the South West.
Rob, who has worked for Redrow Homes for three and a half years, commented: “A Pride in the Job award is the highest industry accolade a site manager can receive so I am absolutely thrilled to receive this for The Copse development.
“However, like all developments, they require the efforts of a skilled team so I would like to extend this achievement to everyone involved and thank them for all their hard work on site.”
