Darts Farm increases services and help for the vulnerable during Coronavirus pandemic
In response to the Coronavirus, Darts Farm are taking steps to look after their loyal customers by offering free delivery to over 70-year olds and the vulnerable in their local community and free collection for everyone from their car park.
Michael Dart, Director of Darts Farm comments: "Darts Farm has so many amazing loyal customers that have shopped with us for many years and really are part of our wider Darts Farm family. We wanted to do everything that we could do to help them during this difficult period, so we had a brainstorm with our team and came up with a few new ideas including our 'Free Home Delivery to the over 70s and the vulnerable' and our 'order and collect' service from our car park. We are also developing our online offering by adding veg boxes and meat boxes, and there will be more to come!"
Michael continues: "Once we have cracked the essential food items for our local community we will be looking at how we can begin to cheer people up during this hard time. Our 'Send Some Cheer' Post Box Hampers are a box of artisan treats that can be popped in the post and delivered to anyone that may need some cheer. Whether they love coffee or tea, chocolate or gin there is something for everyone! As a result of a much-reduced customer traffic we are keeping busy doing new things to help our local community!"
