Luxury student accommodation launches in Exeter

The first phase of a £7m development of Exeter's landmark former city hospital was officially launched during a series of exclusive preview events of Dean Clarke Lofts, Exeter’s newest and most exclusive accommodation for students and professionals-in-training.

Held over two days, guests were invited to a sneak-preview of the two recently completed show apartments with attendees then enjoying hospitality at Southernhay House or at the Magdalen Chapter Hotel.

Mark Edworthy, managing director of Dean Clarke Estate Ltd, comments: “We are really pleased to have officially launched the 30-luxury students lofts and this marks the first phase of the larger Dean Clarke House development. Interest in phase 1 has been extraordinary and we have already taken reservations on a number of lofts.”
