Lympstone Manor opens the Pool House Restaurant & Bar to non-members

This October welcomes the arrival of a brand new winter dining offer at Michael Caines’ renowned country house hotel, Lympstone Manor. 

Available only in the Pool House, non-members and non-resident guests will be able to enjoy a two or three-course lunch overlooking the 11-acre vineyard and the hotel’s outdoor pool with views of the Exe Estuary beyond. 

Since opening earlier this year, this is the first time local guests will be able to experience the relaxed ambience of the Pool House with the menu available from Wednesday to Sunday until March 2023. 

The new set lunch menu will change weekly and champion the best of the season with a choice of three dishes per course, each showcasing the finest local produce and a pick of seasonal delicacies. 

The Pool House Restaurant and Bar offers a vibrant drinks menu, featuring local soft drinks, classic cocktails and the hotel’s recently released Triassic Pinot Noir, created from the hotel’s own Vineyard.

Served from midday until 2 pm, guests can enjoy a two-course lunch for £45 or indulge in three courses for £60. All members of the family are welcome, including well-behaved dogs. 

Opened in May 2022, The Pool House Restaurant & Bar offers a casual poolside dining experience with exceptional views across Haldon Hills and is open all year round to hotel guests and house members. The Pool House is fast becoming known for fun, informal dining, local drinks and stunning scenery that is breathtaking in all weather and seasons.
