Ken & Ruth Hunt of award-winning Combe House Devon near Honiton, Exeter, will be publishing a ‘Celebration Calendar’ in May 2013, to commemorate their 15 years at the hotel and restaurant with something fun and quirky which reflects the unique magic that is Combe House.

Ken & Ruth, with their children Jack and Georgie, first arrived at Combe in May 1998. Fifteen years later they decided to commemorate this anniversary with something fun and memorable. Back in 2002 they had fallen in love with the work of artist Richard Adams and commissioned a picture showing the restoration of Combe’s Georgian Kitchen, and so the first of many images was born. Now there is a wonderful illustrated history of all the best restoration projects.

This Celebration Calendar was a natural choice to commemorate & celebrate their happy times at Combe House with guests, staff and suppliers.

The Celebration Calendar is designed to keep a record of Anniversaries, Birthdays, and other special occasions year after year.

Price: £15 for two, one for a friend and one for you, available to purchase at Combe House and online at www.combehousedevon.com

A charity donation from calendar sales will be made to Farms For City Children.

Ken & Ruth chose Farms For City Children because: “We admire children’s writer Michael Morpurgo (War Horse) and his wife Clare for creating a charity that offers city children, with an absence of nature in their lives, an opportunity to experience it close at hand with a farm holiday. We believe caring for the countryside will have a positive influence on those children for the rest of their lives.”
