Our community organisation is based in Bow and our main objective is to promote all the arts in Bow & surrounding area. As well as the couple of Villages in Action events we are allocated a year, we hold ten other events including a free entry festival in May or June.

The festival has been growing since we first started five years and it was estimated that we had over 800 people attend last year.

To start things off we have Torrington street dance crew The Streetz and we already have an amazing line up of live bands confirmed including the eight times BBC folk awards nominee Jim Causley, Singer Songwriter Jenna Witts, Surface festival finalists Exeter Reggae Band Audio Razor, Psychedelic /1960’s The Honey Pot, The Monkey Glands Blues Band and local groups The Love Daddies and The Thorvertones, plus more acts to be confirmed.

There will also be over 30 craft, plant and produce stalls, bouncy castle and other children's entertainment plus a display of vintage vehicles. Hot food using local produce will be on sale and there will be a licensed bar. Devon Air Ambulance provide a life saving service in this area and we will be donating 10% of Heart Of Devon profits from the festival to this charity.
