With 26 years of industry experience, Mahesh is set to elevate the hotel’s position in Exeter’s competitive market, driving growth and enhancing guest experiences.

Situated in the heart of Exeter’s city centre, Hotel Indigo Exeter is known for its boutique charm, local connections, and premium offerings, including Becketts Rooftop Bar, Colson’s Restaurant, and The Retreat Spa. Mahesh’s extensive hospitality journey includes prestigious roles such as Head Chef at Novotel, Cardiff, Executive Chef at Taj Coromandel, and Operations Manager at Park Inn by Radisson, Cardiff. He has also led several high-profile properties as General Manager, including Mercure Bristol Grand Hotel, DoubleTree by Hilton in Bristol, and Ibis Styles Manchester Portland Hotel.

In his new role at Hotel Indigo Exeter, Mahesh will focus on refining the hotel’s offerings and strengthening its position as a leading player in Exeter’s vibrant hospitality scene. His leadership will be crucial in achieving the hotel’s ambitious growth goals over the next three years, which include enhancing the guest experience, fostering a culture of excellence, and further developing the in-house team.
