Business technology company selects Exeter Science Park for development arm
K3 Business Technology Group (K3 BTG), a leading provider of cutting-edge software solutions for the fashion and retail sectors, is relocating its specialist development team to Exeter Science Park.
K3 BTG empowers retailers by integrating advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence, to automate processes, generate intelligent insights, and adapt to evolving market trends.
Included in its products is K3 MStore, which has been developed by its retail solutions division. K3 MStore is software specifically tailored for visitor attractions, offering a system that integrates ticketing, admissions, retail, hospitality, and membership solutions. This software is used by a wide range of visitor attractions, from zoos to amusement parks, in the UK—including the south west area.
The 10-strong team from the company’s retail solutions division will be moving to Exeter Science Park home, as they continue to innovate and serve their growing portfolio of clients.
Mark Cockings, managing director of the K3 Products Division, said: “We had grown beyond our office so needed to move. Location was really top of the priority list when we were looking for a new office. Because we have people who operate across the UK it was important that we had good access to the motorway, rail network and airport.
“We felt that Exeter Science Park offered us what we needed in terms of access, budget and parking.”
Mark added: “It’s also great quality office space and should be a really good environment for the team to work together.”
