The board – launched less than three weeks ago ago – is proving “hot property”, the makers said today with a THIRD print run due to get underway later this week. And with just under two months to go until Yuletide, the board's makers reckon that by Christmas Eve the only boards around will be those on Santa's sleigh!

The Monopoly: Exeter Edition will be launched in spectacular style in Exeter on Wednesday (14 October).
A gigantic replica of the board will be unveiled at 10am at The Hall, Stepcote Hill - exactly the same time as the game hits shop and online shelves. At that time it will be announced in full for the first time.

Since the beginning of last month the public has been voting in their many thousands for one of the West Country’s five capital cities to have their very own MONOPOLY for this year.
And Exeter has emerged triumphant, with the announcement being made today at Exeter’s Guildhall.
Devon’s capital city saw off the capitals of Cornwall, Somerset, Dorset and Wiltshire in the poll.
Exeter commanded 34.3% of the vote ahead of Dorchester (26.1%), Taunton (15.3%); Trowbridge (14.7%) and Truro (9.6%).
Now the public will get to vote all over again over a one week...
