Emergency crews have spent a fourth day trying to extinguish the devastating blaze that tore through the Royal Clarence Hotel on Exeter's Cathedral Green.
Firefighters are still on the scene tackling hotspots in the historic building.
The police cordon around the Cathedral Green site was relaxed earlier today (MONDAY), allowing more businesses to open.
Pedestrians can now access the whole of Gandy Street and a new section of the lower end of the High Street.
North Street and South Street have reopened, but all other cordons remain in place.
