Join Exeter University Singers for a workshop with Emily Dickens, Chris Wardle, Sam Dressel and Dingle Yandell, all former members of VOCES8.
Brush up your ensemble singing skills, pick up some a cappella singing techniques and learn some new pieces. Sheet music will be provided on the day. This event is open to the general public and students of the University of Exeter.
Tickets: £5 for students, £15 for non-students Ticket bundles are available if you'd like to come to both the workshop and the concert (discount included!).
Andrew Millington, Director of Music at Exeter Cathedral and the Choir's Director of Music, will lead this workshop. The Workshop will be held at The Mint Methodist Church, Fore Street, Exeter EX4 2AT. Registration opens at 9.30 am with singing starting at 10.30 am. There will be a cameo performance of the work from 4 pm to approximately 5 pm.
The cost of the workshop is just £15 including light refreshments but not lunch. Places are limited, so please book as soon as you can. Scores can be hired for the day for £2 if you do not have your own copy of the music. We will be...
