This year's Exeter Christmas Market will run from Thursday 19 November until Saturday 19 December.

Drop in to the Cathedral to make a range Nativity themed crafts. Create an angel or a hanging nativity scene to go on your Christmas tree, or have a go at making your own Nativity set! Make a manger for baby Jesus to sleep in, or design a wreath to remember the Christmas story. Suitable for children of all ages. £1-£1.50 per craft.

A big golden star has appeared in the sky and it’s going to lead us to a very special place! Join us for an exciting treasure hunt around the Cathedral, led by a shepherd who has seen a great star in the sky! Discover the true meaning of Christmas as we journey around the Cathedral. Follow the clues to discover the way to the stable and our life-sized Nativity. After a Christmas story you can make a Nativity craft to take home with you. Suitable for children of all ages. £1
On Saturday 5th December this year, La La Choirs will perform ‘CLIC for Christmas’ at Exeter Cathedral in aid of CLIC Sargent, the UK’s leading cancer charity for children and young people.

The Pastime Players, an Exeter based amateur Reminiscence Theatre Company, is returning to the Cathedral's Chapter House.
Their latest show, Tis the season to be jolly! recalls, through verbatim memories and music, what Christmas was like in 1950's Britain. After the performance, there will be an opportunity for the audience to share their own memories of Christmas past.
