Nine of the best comedians on the circuit will perform for the chance of reaching the Grand Final and winning £10,001.
Professional comedian and industry judges will be present to help choose who goes through to the next round, but audience reaction also counts towards the marks for each act!

A group of Devon based comedians will host an evening of free comedy in Exeter next week as part of a new regular night.
The new coalition of comics are hosting free shows across the South West under the banner 'The Comedy Avengers' and it will include a monthly show at The Hole in the Wall in Exeter on the second Tuesday of every month.
The comics, who perform nationwide on the professional circuit and have won a number of awards between them, offer a variety of styles including props, one liners and musical comedy as well as straightforward stand up.
The next Comedy at the Park takes place on May 20th.
The evening's MC will be Carly Smallman, 'a bundle of energy' who has been described as 'the most exciting female act in the country right now'.
First up on stage will be James Redmond, who some of you may remember from SM:TV live, Hollyoaks or Casualty. Next up is Roger Monkhouse, who has an 'almost indecent supply of talent', followed by headliners Brian Damage and Krysstal who are 'as daft and charming as they are funny'.

The first Comedy at the Park of 2016 is on Friday, January 29th.
MC for the evening will be Windsor, who's described as a first class compere and stand-up who's combined years of street-performance skills with a natural charm and warmth.
The opening act of the night will be Jason Patterson, who promises to bring the house down with his relaxed style of comedy.
Next up is Pierre Hollins, who's been an audience favourite on the comedy circuit for many years - headlining clubs through the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

Compere for the evening will be Joe Bor, who is billed as a 'hugely likeable observational character comedian'. Opening the evening will be John Newton, who is described as 'fast of mind and sharp of tongue'. Next up will be Shelby Bond, a 'relentlessly charming' comedian who in the last fifteen years has performed live for over 600,000 people.

The line-up includes Tim Clark, a comedian, writer and actor who's been described as one of the brightest lights on the national comedy scene and Erich McElroy, a Seattle-born comedian who's highly regarded for his humorous and insightful take on living in the UK. Also on stage will be Paul T Eyres, with his very energetic, highly interactive and slightly surreal brand of humour, and Sally-Anne Hayward - a charming and popular performer with a winning brand of autobiographical humour.
