Students from schools in the South West will become real-life engineers for a day when they research, design and build solutions to real engineering problems.
On Tuesday 20th November, John Bentley School (Calne) will host a Faraday Challenge Day. Teams from St Johns Marlborough (Marlborough), Abbeyfield School (Chippenham), Sheldon School (Chippenham), The Springfields Academy (Calne) and The Clarendon College (Trowbridge), will also take part.

Why would you give up a well paid job and take on a full-on Farm Shop in a recession? On 6th September, Exeter and East Devon CAMRA, supported by members from the whole south-west region will be raising a pint to celebrate the re-opening of the Dawlish line. During the closure, local pubs and south-west brewers, suffered significant disruption to their business.
A photo shoot will take place at 11.15am at Dawlish railway station in partnership with First Great Western, after which CAMRA members will campaign for the support of real ale and local pubs in Dawlish and Dawlish Warren.
