Fifteen A Level and International Baccalaureate (IB) students at Exeter College took a trip back in time to Ancient Greece and Rome at the University of Exeter, with the chief culture writer of the Guardian Charlotte Higgins.

The official launch has taken place of a pioneering alliance among leading partners to develop Exeter’s next generation of data scientists, as Exeter recently named among the top 10 cities for future tech hubs.

Record breaking 24 Oxford and Cambridge offers for Exeter College students

Exeter College today announced that a record breaking 24 students are holding offers to study at Oxford and Cambridge starting in 2018. A total of 17 students have been offered places at Oxford and seven at Cambridge in a diverse range of subjects from Medicine to Law. An outstanding five students were offered places to study Medicine at either Oxford or Cambridge, two of the most sought after medical programmes in the country. The exceptional achievements of students at Exeter College have been celebrated at a glittering awards ceremony.

Stand out Apprentice Joe Snow of Exeter Chiefs Rugby Club has been selected to play in the England under 20s squad. 19 year old Joe has been part of the prestigious Exeter Rugby Club Academy & Exeter College Apprentice scheme for the past 2 years.

Exeter College has, for a second consecutive year, been placed at the top in an annual league table of colleges published by FE Week, a leading publication focused on the further education sector.

Exeter College raises a record breaking £21k for local charity

Students and staff at Exeter College have raised more than £21,000 for local charity Devon Air Ambulance Trust – the most ever raised for a college charity.

In total, they have raised an amazing £21,313 since September 2016, far exceeding their target of £15,000. It has been a whole college effort with a wide variety of events taking place including the annual Festival of Carols, sponsored skydives, cycle challenges and the more traditional bake sales and fairs.

Exeter College celebrates best ever academic results

Today Exeter College is celebrating the achievement of exceptional A Level results, with this year’s students setting a new college record for achieving the very highest grades.

A record number of the top grades (A*, A, B) have been awarded to students at the college, with an incredible number - 57% achieving the very highest levels of achievement.

Apprentice Joe picks up carpentry award

Barratt Homes apprentice Joe Harris (19) is celebrating this week, after picking up a coveted carpentry accolade from Exeter College.
